FRANKLIN – A daring cat on his 9th life who isn’t afraid of a bit of trouble
MAYOR MCWHISKERS – The jolly Mayor of Kittyton, from a long line of Mayors of Kittyton
KING HUMBERT III – A bear, he is a majestic and demanding ruler who is can't say no to a good hibernation
LORD WEBBER – An eccentric goose who happens to be an esteemed composer
ANNIE – An elderly farm cat retiree
CATLOTTA – A catty feline Opera Singer who works with Lord Webber (She's not your Catlotta, she's your BAD Catlotta!)
LIZA – A lizard and Lord Webber’s former muse who is jealous of Franklin, a Liza Minelli type
LUCILLE – A comedic seal who works for Lord Webber, a Lucille Ball type
BIRDIE – Mayor McWhiskers’ loyal feathered assistant
FLO & ORVILLE – Police Hounds who are after Franklin
STINKER – A fishing cat and Franklin’s frenemy
HAL HARE – A reporter at the opening of Lord Webber's new show "Feline Follies"
PLAGUE & PESTILENCE – Farm rats who befriend Franklin
